As part of this, payments which don’t involve multiple types of customer authentication are subject to restrictions. The aim of this is to further protect your money and ensure that payments on your card are made by you.
As a result, you might notice that some of your contactless payments are declined. If this does happen, please try the transaction again using chip and PIN.
