If your card is lost or stolen, freeze it as soon as possible in your Currensea dashboard. Email us at email@example.com so we can order a replacement card for you. We will charge a small fee of £5 for this, so it’s important that you keep your card safe.
If you lose your card on holiday, you still need to freeze it in your Currensea dashboard. Once you’ve contacted us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will do our best to get a new card to you as quickly as we can. There may be additional charges for international postage.
