If your card is lost or stolen, freeze it as soon as possible via your mobile app or by logging into the Currensea website. You can also replace your card in the same section. You may be charged a small fee of £5 for a replacement card, so it’s important that you keep your card safe.
If you lose your card on holiday, we will do our best to get a new card to you as quickly as we can. There may be additional charges for international postage.
