If your card is lost or stolen, freeze it as soon as possible via your mobile app, or by logging into the Currensea website, and going to the 'Card' section and toggling "Freeze Card".
Keep in mind that you can't unfreeze your card or fully manage your account using the website - this can only be done via the app.
You can also replace your card in the same section of the app. In some instances, you may be charged a small fee of £5 for a replacement card, so it’s important that you keep your card safe.

If you lose your card on holiday, we will do our best to get a new card to you as quickly as we can. There may be additional charges for international postage and we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to send a new card to the country that you're in.
