If you've forgotten your password, or simply want to change it, you can do so either via our app or secure web dashboard. We'd recommend using our app as it can be more secure than a web browser.
Please see the below instructions for resetting your password. If it doesn't work with one method, please try the other one before contacting us for further assistance.
Method One: Via The App
- Open the Currensea app
- Do not log in with your fingerprint
- Instead, tap "cancel" when prompted to authenticate with your fingerprint/face/passcode by your device
- Tap "cancel" again when prompted to authenticate with your fingerprint/face/passcode by the Currensea app
- Tap "forgot password"
- Follow the instructions
Method Two: Via Web Browser
- Go to https://www.secure.currensea.com/user/login
- Click "reset your password" underneath the password box
- Follow the instructions
