If you’re on our Essential plan, you can upgrade to our Premium (soon to be "Currensea Pro") plan or Elite plan at any time via the mobile app. Tap your initials in the top left corner of your Currensea app and select "Plan" and choose your plan.
When you subscribe to the Premium or Elite plan, you are committed for 12 months. You can request to downgrade at any time by getting in touch via email to help@currensea.com. If you choose to downgrade, this will only take effect after the 12-month term has ended and you will not be entitled to a pro rata refund.
