If you’re on our Essential plan, you can upgrade to our Premium plan or Elite plan at any time by logging in to the Currensea website here or via the mobile app. Select My account, My Profile, and then My plan.
When you subscribe to the Premium or Elite plan, you are committed for 12 months. You can request to downgrade at any time by getting in touch via email to help@currensea.com. If you choose to downgrade, this will only take effect after the 12-month term has ended.
