Don’t panic! In the unlikely event that your Currensea card is compromised, your linked bank account is safe. If your card is compromised, lost or stolen, or you see transactions you don't recognise, you must freeze your card immediately in the app and contact us right away at help@currensea.com
We will refund any transactions deemed to be fraudulent on your Currensea card within one business day, subject to investigation, relevant guidelines and our T&Cs
