If your card isn't working, for contactless or any other transactions, always check that is has been activated and isn't frozen in your account first. You can do that by logging in on either our app or website.
If you experience a decline, you will receive an email explaining the reason why. If you don't receive one, this means that no transaction was initiated. If that happens, please check that the merchant you are attempting to make a transaction with accepts Mastercard cards.
