We're sorry to hear that you seem to have a problem with one of your transactions, but hopefully, we can resolve this for you via your claim.
To lodge a missing cashback claim, please contact our customer service team at help@currensea.com. Please use the subject line: ‘Missing Cashback Claim’ for the email, and provide as much information as possible for the purchase including
- your order number
- the merchant name
- the transaction date and amount (£)
- the type (untracked, declined or incorrect).
Without this information, it is unlikely that the merchant will be able to trace your transaction, which makes it really difficult to pursue your claim.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit to your account and for checking and ensuring that cashback is properly credited, and you are encouraged to check your account regularly.
You must lodge a missing cashback claim with help@currensea.com within 30 days from the date of the transaction, this includes any untracked or incorrect payments. For declined claims, you must contact us within 30 days of the cashback being declined.
