If you have entered your PIN incorrectly too many times, you can unblock it via your mobile app, or by logging into the Currensea website. Simply select my care, then tap unblock PIN.
Once you have done this, your next transaction needs to be a Chip and PIN transaction at any terminal that accepts Mastercard and processes the transaction in real time. To avoid complications we recommend using an ATM.
